Strengthening National & Business Cyber Resilience

About the Summit
The Cyber Albania Summit is an exclusive, high-level conference bringing
together government decision-makers, local authorities, critical
infrastructure operators, and private-sector leaders, with leading Israeli
cybersecurity technology companies - from one of the world’s most
advanced cyber ecosystems.
The Summit focuses on practical, proven solutions, tailored to the real
cyber threats Albania is facing today.

Why This Summit - Now?
In recent years, Albania has undergone accelerated digital transformation
across government, municipal, and business services.
At the same time, the country has faced significant cyber incidents,
including:
• Attacks targeting government systems and digital citizen services
• Service availability disruptions impacting operational continuity
• Attempts of data leakage and erosion of public trust
• Growing awareness of risks to critical infrastructure and supply chains
These developments have led Albania to adopt a National Cybersecurity
Strategy 2025–2030, strengthening regulation, preparedness, and
response capabilities across both the public and private sectors.
